Information in an enquiry

The embedded Microsoft Forms enquiry asks for your name, company, work email, phone number, areas of interest, and a description of your project or challenge. Required fields are identified within the form and are managed by the form owner.

Please do not include passwords, access credentials, sensitive personal information, confidential client records, or information about other people in the form.

Responses are submitted through Microsoft Forms to the form owner. This website does not handle the submission through its own API or database. You can also contact the consultant by email or use the separate Microsoft Bookings link.

Purpose and legal basis

The intended purpose of an enquiry is to understand your request and respond to it, not to sell your information or add you to unrelated marketing.

The site owner must document the appropriate GDPR legal basis for each processing activity, the identity of any processors, and the information provided when data is collected. Any required privacy wording or consent control must also be configured within Microsoft Forms.

Storage, retention, and recipients

Form responses are handled in the form owner's Microsoft environment. The site owner must confirm who can access them, notification settings, retention, and deletion procedures. A deployed hosting provider may process network information or access logs as part of operating the website.

The site does not add its own analytics, advertising pixels, or embedded social feeds. Its interface fonts are served with the site through Next.js.

The Contact page embeds Microsoft Forms, which loads resources from Microsoft and may use its own cookies, storage, or service telemetry. The site owner must review these processing arrangements and any applicable notice or consent requirements. A direct form link and email alternative remain available.

The consultation booking link opens Microsoft Bookings. Information you supply there is handled through that service under its own privacy information, separately from the Microsoft Forms enquiry.
